i cannot delete purchased music from my devices - iphone 5S, Iphone 4S and the IPad - the song cannot be removed at all

i have a number of songs and albums on my itunes account and therefore my devices that I no longer want - my ex wife purchased them

How do i remove these permanently from my devices?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.2
