Is it possible for someone to gain remote access to your Mac via install discs?

If they installed them on their machine, could they essentially hack into my computer? Thanks for the help!

As Kappy says, no.

If you're concerned that someone could have modified your install disks in some way, that's not possible. Factory-burned CDs and DVDs are immutable... they cannot be modified, as a store-bought rewriteable CD or DVD can. (And even those can't exactly be modified, just re-written.)

If you're concerned that there is information unique to your computer that would give someone in possession of your install disks remote access, the answer is also no. Although the disks that ship with your computer are unique to the model, they are not specific to your machine.
