How do I transfer photos from one iPad to another iPad?

If both devices are using iOS 7 and they support AirDrop, you can use AirDrop to transfer photos to the other device > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5887

Another option is to use Photo Stream if both devices have the same Apple ID > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4486

Finally, the last option is to transfer the photo to a PC if you took it with an iPad. Then, connect the other iPad and transfer it
