how to change UI language during OS installation

it's not for the OSX system's language,

what I mean is the "macbook's" default language.

I've got a foriegn version of Macbook,

and during re-installation, all the interface is displayed in a different language, and there's nowhere to change it

yes, I can read this language so I know there's no option to change the language, but this computer will be passed to someone who will have to do another re-installation himself again, that's when he'll run into some problems

so is there a way to change the computer's default language? whenever a system is freshly installed, there also appears to have NO way to change the language either..... this is really frustrating..
