On iOS 6 i did have search option in email,so i could search by subject,sender etc,and this was very helpful,and now in iOS7 i dont have it anymore :/
Now when i search, it gives all results,and this kind of organization in email,make mess in my business with my key accounts.any sugesstions?

I also receive a lots of emails because of my job. The way I was able to do it requires a little more work than IOS 6 but it kind of works. It is not perfect but it works for me.
at the search type
to: and the name of the person you are looking for
From: and also the name of sender
Subject/ tittle of the email

The way to do this (and it also works with gmail and outlook web email interfaces) is to use 'from:' or 'subject:' in front of your keywords. The app then knows what to look for.
For example, type:
Subject:potato
Unfortunately the search engine is still rubbish - it never seems to return the most recent emails and this frustrates the **** out of me.
