Hello! Yesterday I encountered with problem that my iphone screen get black and it seemed that the set is dead. I went to repair shop. He checked and from his system intalled the root file. I want to know from where i my self can install the root file?

Hello everyone!

I am using iphone-4. Yesterday my set stopped working as the screen get black and t seemed the phone is dead. I attached it to computer but did not get any response. So i went to repair shop. He checked from another phone that call is going but only screen is black. He attachhed it to his system and from some web installed the boot file. it took few minutes. After which the phone started working and he charged me heavy amount.

I want to know in such situation from where i can myself install boot file?

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.2
