how do i restore my contacts to outlook 2010 on my PC? iCloud sucked them out and now the "Group" entries don't work in Outlook.

When I upgraded to OS7 on my iPad and iPhone, iCloud asked if I wanted to share my Outlook contacts. I clicked okay, and iCloud sucked all of them out of Outlook 2010. While I can still use the individual contacts for email on my Windows 7 PC, Outlook can't find my Group contacts. I need those Groups for my business, so I am in serious trouble. How do I get my contacts back into Outlook?
