After restoring a lot of APP disappear and note say APP not found

From the day that I install IOS 7 and I backup two of my IPHONE 4 and 5S part of the APP has not been back up on my IPHONE and all the time I connect the IPHONE to ITUNE the app are still there but noway to tranfer to the phone

hope some one can help me

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.2, this happen to two of my phone
