iTunes says that he can't read what inside the iPod so i found on internet that i need to delete itunes media library and music files but i can't
is there a solution (not the restore ) to get all working??

What is the exact error message that you're getting?

Then, as I said in my first reply, y have to restore the iPod if you want to sync the iPod. It the iPod OK, yo can continue to use it by you can't sync or backup to iTunes.
If it works, you can try backing up to iCloud and restoring for iCloud backup. However, you will lose any non-iTunes purchases that are on the iPod and any photos synced top the iPod.
