iMovie '09: Radial transition mysteriously vanished

Screw that. I've used the Radial transition before in a project, not too long ago. Maybe two weeks? Anyways, I wanted to use it again for making an extremely sweet intro for my gaming channel, so I wanted to test the effect to see if I could align it perfectly to have it spin through more than two images, seemingly uninterrupted. Only to find that the effect was no longer in the effects browser. To eliminate all possibilities, I went through every single button and option iMovie has. Of course, I found nothing. I have never ever even updated iMovie, so why would it have disappeared anyways?

Does anyone know how I can get the Radial effect back?

PS: The Radial effect is a clock-like wiping transition.
