Q: Can't download Pacific Rim at work after purchasing it at home

store and the next day wanted to download it at work as well (my work computer is authorized on my account and I signed into the store). I should be able to do that, is that your understanding? On previous purchases of tv series I was always able to do that. However, this time at work when I click on the Pacific Rim movie it wants me to purchase it again rather than showing it as a previous purchase. Very frustrating. I emailed iTunes support and all they gave me was a link to an article on downloading previous purchases that was not relevant at all. Please help.
