Can not install XCode 5 through App Store. Error 1004

I've just upgraded my workstation from a Macbook Pro to a new Macbook Air. I've transfered all my settings from my old workstation to the new one but now I am not able to download XCode 5 through App Store. When I try to install it I'm getting Error 1004. Currently I'm using an xcode that I've downloaded from developer.apple.com.
