Apps not automatically updating on AppStore App

Hi everyone! here is the deal,

i got an iPad, iPhone 5

both iOS 7.0.2

both with the AppStore Setup to download updates Automatically even over Cellular,

Music

Apps

Books

Updates

all activated

and the "Use Celullar Data" too,

my cellular is on

Enable 4G is on

it is actually downloading new purchases over 4G and 3G network

but when updates comes on, it will display a badge sitting there forever, and it wont update automatically,

i dont know what is going on, is anyone having the same issues? or i am the lucky one?

so far, i reseted the Network Settings through Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

and it stills the same...for both iDevices.

it is only working when i connect it to a WiFi Network, at the same second i connect,

all the updates starts to automatically update,

but shouldnt they do over cellular too? as I turned the "Use Cellular Data"?

i dont know what to do, and i would like to have this feature working properly,

i have re-searched on Google about it, and i didnt quite found an answer, every seems to be more worried of how to turn it off lol;;
