I don't know how to do this either anyone out there to help more

Oct 11, 2013 12:34 AM in response to Sandy Mayby King_Penguin,You can't find them in the Videos app, and you don't have a film age rating set in Settings > General > Restrictions that might be hiding them ? You should also be able to see what films are on your iPad via Settings > General > Usage > Videos (the Usage screen should list all of your apps with the amunt of storage that they are taking up).
For what support told you, iOS devices have a search screen which allows you to search for items on the device. On iOS 7 you pull down the centre of the iPad's screen (not from right at the top of the screen) and you should get a search field at the top of it - try typing the name of one of your films and see if that finds it (the swipe left ot right on your homescreen was how you accessed the search screen on previous versions of iOS).
If neither the Usage nor the search finds them then do they show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your iPad for re-downloading ? Or do you have copies of them on your computer or on your backup of your downloads that you can use to sync them back to your iPad ?
