Oct 11, 2013 12:08 PM in response to Winston Churchillby Amorvox,I have had this same issue, after latest update, no purchased media will play. I have signed in and out more times than I care to admit in frustration. I have reset the device as well as tried the Restore option.......nothing has resolved this issue and im starting to loose faith in this software. Netflix/hulu/hbogo all work fine.

Nov 15, 2013 11:24 PM in response to mm.bartnickaby Richrugby,Any resolution to this? Running latest version of Apple TV SW 6.0.2. Won't play movies that do show up and play in iTunes. I receive an error occurred loading this content message.

Jan 15, 2014 6:10 PM in response to mm.bartnickaby Leo from MeadowCreek,Hi I have an apple tv 2. I don't recall the last time I updated, but I was always advised against it. I was turning on apple tv but had tv on wrong output and I guess I accidently hit update. It says not to unplug or turn off, so I went ahead and let it update. I have a collection of old movies that I owned before RedBox came out, so I downloaded them to my itunes library. Now a lot of my newer movies will not show up on my playlists. Movies that were there before. Anyone know what happened, but better yet, please tell me there is a way to undue this new update? PLEASE!
I know it's not the internet connection, because I can go to my computer and airplay it to the apple tv with no problem. But this will be such a pain.
