Problems downloading a movie after redeeming a code

I redeemed the code that came with my copy of Iron Man 3 Blu-Ray DVD, but I did not download the movie immediately. When I returned later to download the movie, I could not find it either in the movies tab or in my purchased material. I reentered the redemption code but got a message that it was already used. The code is good for the digital copy and the sound track.

How do I download the movie and music? Do I need to go in and "buy" the movie for Itunes to recognize that I have already purchased it?
