._ in file name
Why do I get two files on my USB thumb drive for each I put on it. One has ._ in front of the regular file name. These will not play on my TV, but show up as greyed out icons with an X.
MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)
OH! Forgot to mention, I cannot see the ._ files on the USB drive on my computer to remove them.
