I just brought a used MacBook pro. It has been wipe clean, but instead of going back to the original OS. It's only letting me install the last version that was on their. Which was mountain lion but i have to the last person apple ID to reinstall the last OS that was installed. I want to install mountain lion but under my apple ID. What can i do?

Call Apple to get replacement DVDs > http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 They will ask you for the serial number of your Mac, so they can determine if you need DVDs or you have to use Internet Recovery.
If you have to use Internet Recovery, contact with the old owner and tell him to contact with Apple in order to deauthorize the Mac from his/her Apple ID > http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 If you can't do this, you can't use your MacBook.
If you have to use the DVDs, insert the Mac OS X disc, hold the C key while your computer is starting and install OS X.
At this moment, you can only install OS X Mountain Lion without installing any older OS X if the Mac you have got came with OS X Mountain Lion and the old owner deauthorizes the MacBook

Mountain lion is what i want to install. How do i go by doing so?
If the MacBook you have came with OS X Mountain Lion from factory, contact with the old owner to deauthorize your computer and use Internet Recovery to reinstall Mac OS X (hold Command, Option and R keys while your computer is starting. Other users reported that Internet Recovery doesn't ask for any Apple ID, so try to do it.
If the MacBook Pro came with an older OS X version, you can't install OS X Mountain Lion. Note that you have to purchase Mountain Lion with your Apple ID, so you need an older OS X version
