So I've pre ordered bangerz from Miley Cyrus but now it won't let me download it!? It says purchased but when I go through all the steps to download it it won't let me and says I have to pay for it! But it's already took the money off my account! HELP

I am having the same problem! I pre-ordered Justin Bieber album "Purpose" The day it was released it had said it was purchased, but when I go to my purchased items it says I don't have any of the songs. I have the email that says I purchased the album, but also it tells me I don't have the money to "purchase" them. I had $15.00 on my account and now it says I have no money! PLEASE HELP.
