When my ipod touch shows my battery is 100% charged as soon as I take it off the charger its not full at all I estimate its about 75-80% battery.

How long were you charging it? Other users have reported that it charges to 100% quick and then if used the battery life is shorter. Thus, it appears that the charging indicator is not correct in iOS 7.
What happens if y charge for four hours?
Also, % battery is not accurate on iPod that what yo see may be normal.
I charge it for about 3-4 hours its sometimes full and sometimes not full and ok thanks.
