Q: very frustated about your update/restore Iphone. I can't update/restore my Iphone 4s. Why you make product then make customer carazzyyy !!!!!

I have Iphone 4s, I update to IOS 7. Then it stuck in Apple logo. I already try many times but still stuck.

 

I'm customer need easy things with my phones . Do you have any answer about my problem ???

    This is a User to User Forum.

     

    You have posted from a Support Article about Error Code 3194...

     

    If Error Code 3194 is your issue and that Article did not resolve it... then you have a problem.

     

    Perhaps a Visit to an Apple Store or AASP (Authorized Apple Service Provider) is required..

     

    Be sure to make an appointment first...

     

     

    Note:

     

    That error message may be indicative of the Device being Hacked / jailbroken.... If this is the case then you are on your own.
