Why can't I send or share photos from my iPhone?

after update to ios 7.0.2 (iphone 5) i cant send/share any photos which are in camera roll with facebook or any app. when an app try to access camera roll same notice seen "this app does not have access to your photos or videos, you can enable access in privacy settings" .in the Privacy/photos section, there is not a single app want to access my photos. The wierd thing is in the privacy/contacts section there are couple apps want to access my contacts. Waiting for solutions, thanks.
