i have a iphone 4 and i reset the phone and it will not work and has vioce control on constantley how can i get this off ??

i have a iphone 4 and i pressed reset and whenm the phonehad resety its self it came back on and now will not work and has avoice control taking over the phone. can some one please help me to get this off ?? thank you
