Bought an album via iTunes (deskstop), can't download that for my iPhone

So, how I can download a bought album to my iPhone? Seems like a simple task, but every time the iTunes in iPhone is trying to charge money again without giving any resolutions, how to get that album to my phone.

Originally I bought the album via desktop iTunes, but didn't download it on it. I could download it to my desktop and sync it with my iPhone, but I rather don't want to loose the current songs I have and which I have lost so many times before syncinc new music to my iPhone.

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.2
