Can I set a reminder at a time if I'm at a location?

Can I set a reminder at a time if I'm at a location?

I wish to have my phone remined me to do something if (and only if) I'm at a certain location (ex. Remind me to call my wife at 4:30 PM if I'm still at work.)?

I don't believe this is possible with the current remidner app, is there another app that does this? or does anyone know of a work around to get the phone to do this?

For location-based Reminders:

To set a location, you can use a saved contact location or manually enter an address. You can also adjust the size of the location alert radius for a reminder.
Try to use a specific street address whenever possible.
The location service icon will remain in the status bar until you mark the reminder as complete.
Location-based Reminders are available only on iPhone 4 and later, iPad (4th generation Wi-Fi + Cellular), and iPad mini (Wi-Fi + Cellular).
