Has anyone experienced iOS 7 (5S) not receiving notifications of friends arriving? I already tried reinstalling the app. This worked perfectly on my iPhone 5 /iOS 6. Thanks!

Okay I've just noticed as of yesterday that I seem to be receiving a notification alert when my friend arrives at home, but not when they arrive at work. Will have to test with more locations when I have a chance.
Find Friends app crippled after iOS 7 update... all 3 of the updates are DOA.
"Notify Me" Not working at all.
3 iPhone 4S
All with iOS 7.0.3
I am able to view all family members location as well as track but:
1. "Notify Me" for "Leaves" and "Arrives" no longer working.
2. Before when you set "Notify Me" you were able to select their current location, you can no longer do that.
now it has to be from a pre-selected location from your contact or you have to manually put in the location.
It does not matter if you leave running in the background or not and yes "Notifications" is "Enabled".

I recently checked Notifications and found 2 Find my Friends notifications from my wife, ...one was 69d ago and the other 74d ago.
I just got them today.

Hey everyone the FMF's app has been updated to version 3.0, so let's see if the notification issues are solved. There are certainly improvements in this new version. There is a new hybrid/ satellite map feature, and you can notify your friends now too.
No suck luck :( first thing I did was to set up a geofence notification around my wife to notify me when she left work. I received NO alert. I tried several other ways. Nada.

Still not getting geofence notifications after update. Interesting that the info just says "Find My Friends has been updated with an all new design for iOS 7." When it should say "Bug Fixes". Guess they just changed the design without actually fixing the problems.
On iPhone 4S,....Check Settings,....Privacy,..Contacts,....Find My Friends make sure toggled GREEN.
Mine was off for who knows how long!
Will see tomorrow if it changes Notification Alerts.

Since upgrading to version 3.0, my notifications have begun appearing again, just received one at my lock screen. Thanks everyone for their comments/suggestions!
cannot seem to get Notify Me notications but can Notify others.
Can you explain your settings on phone/iCloud?
I finally got this to work. Here's my procedure (and it's not ideal).
On all phones, background run must be ON for FMF.
On my phone:
Delete app
Reboot phone
On my wife's phone (yeah, this is why it's not ideal):
Delete app
Reboot phone
Reinstall app on both phones
Sign in on both.
Setup geofence via Notify Me when (wife) leaves home on my phone
Setup geofence via Notify Me when (husband) leaves home on her phone
Et voila.
Notifications started working again.
So, it's not ideal because it requires your target to delete, reboot and reinstall/signin for this fix to work. That said, if you're using it to track your kids when they're out on dates or whatever, you should have access to use this workaround.

FMF 3.0 still not working on none of my 4S.
Same here... my 5 with all settings correct doesn't notify
iOS7 Killes Geofencing.
No Word From Apple.
I can now verify that this issue will follow you even if you upgrade your phone. I just went from a 4 to a 5S with backup up from iCloud - the problem remains after all the above attempted fixes. Big bummer. I was really hoping to ditch this bug with the new phone, so now I'm flat out of ideas.
Of note, this kind of bug seems very similar to the recent Facetime bug that took a full phone wipe/setup as new phone to fix. Apple finally released a fix after about 11 months, so... And FYI, the geofence issue persited through the full wipe as well. Not good.
