iMovie video with single picture

Hi Apple Support!

I'm having a problem with iMovie for a while now. I want to create a video with a song, which has one single picture shown during the whole song, without

the picture zooming in or out. I have tried to import a song and to import a single picture. But everytime I do this, the picture is there for only 6 seconds and it's fading in. I can't find any effect changes or time options. I'm an old windows movie maker user, so maybe this will explain why I still don't understand this problem. Hope anyone can help me out here. Much apreciated.
