I have internet however the APP store can not connect

I have internet all the time and I have many problems

1.-The app store showed one message "CAN NOT CONNECT TO THE APP STORE"

2.-I tried to download all the new software available , after some minutes show the computer one message that say "it is impossible to save in your computer this software because it is not register".

What can do?
