magic track pad dropping from bluetooth

Recently updated my iMac to 10.8.5 and now I've had my track pad drop off of bluetooth 4 times. I assume it's droping off of bluetooth because it its not responding when you click or press the power button. Nothing happens when you try to use it.

I reboot my system and it works just fine when It comes back up. Then later it fails again. It has disconnected after not using my computer for about 3 hours.

I have my energy saver settings set to the following:

Computer sleep 3 hrs

Display sleep 30 mins

Put hard disks to sleep when possible

Wake for network access

Allow power button to put the computer to sleep
