Question: Does anyone know if the back glass on the iPhone 5S is the same as the front glass on the iPhone 5S it terms of scratch resistance?
I have been using my iPhone 5S for about 2 weeks and yesterday noticed a scratch on the bottom of the back side on the glass.
I realize I should have gotten a case for it immediately but none of the cases appealed to me so I procrastinated and now I have to live with a scratch.
iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.2, NA
The back glass, and the shiny ring around the case, are prone to scratches.
I would get a case or at least a skin. They're pretty affordable and have plentiful of choices now.
Is rather have a scratch rather than dent or crack! Cmon its a phone im sure you'll keep for a year and upgrade once a newer one comes out. I use to worry bout this on my previous phone but now once i get a new one i dont look back or care....sure the newer it looks the easier it will sell with a good price but why should you not enjoy something you purchased?
