When I plug in my iPad 4, that is running iSO 7.0.2, with windows, to iTunes and click on the apps tab, it immediately says " iTunes has stopped working" then it completely shuts down....I have removed and reinstalled several times and tried hitting do txt sync options as we'll....NOTHING is working !!!! HELP !

This is really silly but here is the soultion:
You can't have Newsstand hidden in a folder.
If you do, move it to the homescreen then you will be able to access the Apps tab in iTunes 11.1. You can always move it to the folder afterwards.You can't have Newsstand hidden in a folder. How crazy is that, it worked !!!! As soon as I moved the newsstand out of the folder, the apps synced......thank you so much......I can not tell you how many hours I spent removing and reinstalling iTunes and rebooting the computer the last few weekends...thank you, thank you !!!!!
