Q: I've tried everything and my PC (windows 7) will not connectot the itunes store. I 've updated software checked settings and tried all of the troubleshooting. The error says itunes unknown error (0x80090318)

I've tried everthing and can not connect to the itunes store on my PC (windows 7) . I've updated all software and trouble shot according to Appled suggestions . The same error comes up everytiime: itunes unknown error (0x80090318). I can't figure it out........anyone have this happen and know how to fix it ? It also says something aboutmake sure your  network is active. The PC is in a network environment but I never had this problem before........very strange.
