Q: I don't hear any sounds on my Iphone 4s except for incoming calls! I cannot figure out what to do! Thanks!

The only sounds I am getting on my phone are incoming calls. Mute button is NOT on, keyboard clicks are enabled. I only hear keyboard clicks randomly. Anyone have an answer to this problem?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3
