How to redeem a digital download, 11.1.1 ???

I am attempting to download a digital copy using iTunes 11.1.1 The website link is not working and an old Discussion shows how to reach the redemption screen via iTunes, but the directions are not valid for 11.1.1 Can someone update me, please?
