I have my complete contact info in my I-pad ios7 but also just got I-phone 5c and want this same contact information in Contacts on I-phone too. Then if that works want it loaded into outlook on laptop. Tried when I first got I-phone but wasn't successful in merging it all into usable info. Not sure how sync works with the 3 products.

With the new iphone, just go to Settings>icloud and log into the same icloud account as the ipad, and be sure to turn on Contacts (on the same settings page as icloud). That should load the phone with the contacts currently in icloud (I assume the ipad is logged into icloud).
