Hi, I'm having issues with the storage on my macbook air, it is saying i have used 19GB on movies, when i have only used 2 or 3GB! i dont know how to find and delete these files, please can someone help me? It is making my computer really slow because the memory is now completely full and it means i cant save any of my documents or photos! please reply if anyone knows how to deal with this?

It tells me when i go to 'About this mac' then 'more info' and 'storage'... but its taking up a third of my storage because i only have 60GB! does anyone else know what to do? ive tried deleting movies from Itunes but it doesnt make any diiference..
