Can you help with how to turn off a recording on the iphone4?

I have an iphone 4s and am trying to record something. I get to the point where I name the recording but it still shows it as a paused recording. How do I stop the recording and then get the list to view and play?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7

I found it finally. Press the word 'Done" and you get prompted to name your recording and then you can play it back.
