Since I updated to the OS 7 I cannot use my Apple ID to remove Find My iPhone

Since updating to OS7, I lost access or iMessage and Face Time. It would not acknowledge my apple password even though it works in other areas. When I tried to reset my iPhone, it asks to delete Find My iPhone from iCloud. It won't let me. It won't acknowledge my Apple Password when I try to delete it. I've changed my password and it still does not work. I tried updating both OS 7.0.1 and 7.0.2 and that did not help.

I appreciate you trying to help me. I've tried all those suggestions. I got to the last one where I am trying to restore my phone, but I can't because it won't let me shut off Find My Phone in iCloud. I have to do this to restore the phone. It won't recognize my Apple password. Ugh!!! I even tried deleting my iCloud account and it keeps denying me because it says I have to delete Find My iPhone first! I deleted theFind my iPhone app and that didn't work. It still detects it in the cloud. I tried re-downloading the Find My iPhone app again to see if that would help and it won't let me do that either.

You're welcome. I'm not sure what else to suggest since you indicated that you have already changed your password and it still isn't accepted. I'm afraid you may need to contact Apple support for help at this point. If you want to do this, go to http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/contact/, then 'Account and Setup', then perhaps 'Troubleshooting iCloud Account Issues', then 'Continue'.
