Q: Is it possible to get my lost iPhone back? I do use "Find my iPhone" to locate it but it is still offline

Lost it for a week now and went to the apple store and they said that they cant do anything about it.

Is there a way of tracking it to get it back?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.1
