Q: Updated my 4S to OS 7.02 and lost App Store Icon

Updated my 4S to OS 7.02 and lost App Store Icon, battery life low (I think) because I cannot turn off apps which I have used (which I could do in old OS). i have rebooted several times, but App Store Icon not appearing, so I cannot buy or download any new apps

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.2

Check in Restrictions...  Settings > General > Restrictions

iOS 7 How to Close Apps

 

Double Tap the Home Button... Then swipe the App (not the icon) Upwards... Tap the Home Button when finished.
