Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I got a replacement & now I'm trying to download an app, & it wants my information like address, cc information, & now a 4 digit password., I don't remember it, what do I do?

I got a replacement phone & I want to download an app but its asking for address & cc information which is all right, but it's also asking for a 4 digit code, I don't remember what it is! How do I find out or bypass this?

iPhone 4, iOS 7

  1. From a computer, log into your iTunes account and reset or update your credit card information.
  2. If you cannot recall the iTunes account username and password, complete the password reset password.
  3. If you cannot reset the iTunes account, you are going to have to create a new iTunes account and change the account on the device under "Settings", "iTunes and App Store". Know that you will not be able to update existing programs on the phone if you use a new account on the device.
