itunes redux for os x

For windows there is a program called itunes Redux. Its a program that lets you see other people on the network and currently sharing music through itunes and lets you download their music. Since I have recently just switched from the windows to the mac world, I was wondering if there is a program that does something like this and is also crossplatform allowing me to download music from people on windows machines as well as other mac's.
