Bluetooth not working on 5S, 4S, and iPad 3 after IOS 7

on all my products iPhone 4S 16gig and 5S 32gig and (2 ea) iPad 3 16 gig and 64 gig versions. when I have upgraded to IOS 7

(and now at 7.0.2) the Bluetooth on each of these devices will not work after sitting dormant for approx 30+ mins with the following: Zagg keyboard and Striiv pedometer. It will show connected but will not transfer any information. The only way to fix it was to do a reboot (power off and then back on) of the Apple device and it would start working again until you are dormant again and then you have to reboot the Apple device again. Just rebooting your attachment will not fix it only the reboot of the Apple device fixes it.

Please fix !!
