Itunes 11.1 freeze on startup

So, I have the latest update to itunes, Windows 7, all updates installed 64-bit system, and I go to open itunes by clicking on the icon in the taskbar, and it doesn't open, it just shows a white screen with the blue ring of death for the cursor. When I go into my music folder, I can right click on a song and have it play a song in itunes, but the same screen comes up, except now theres music which I cant control except to end the itunes process. Also, none of my tv shows/movies will play at all on any program (Media Player, Quicktime, or iTunes) I've tried every fix. Done a clean install, turned off the network, closed every single open and running program. The only temporary solution that I've found is to restart my computer, and that's not a guaranteed fix. If anyone could help, it would be most appreciated.
