Internet explorer stopped syncing with iCloud

I have syncing with iCloud turned on for my ipad, iPhone and PC via the iCloud control panel.

If I create or delete a bookmark on one of my devices, the changes are reflected on the other so I know iCloud works with them.

However, no changes occur back in IE, nor do changes in IE propagate onto the devices.

They used to until recently but I haven't changed my settings or updated my devices.

Any help?
