Please help !!!!!

Please help!!! Totally new to iTunes & iCloud. Have iPhone 4S, used his my husbands Apple ID 2 get his music onto my phone. Didn't see reason to buy again since he has so many songs! I hit the download all button.Ive got song titles with lil red button looking things & lil cloud looking things beside songs Some circles may be spinning .... I don't even know if crap is downloading ! Grrrr. About to throw phone out in middle of highway. Don't know what to do.
