    There is nothing wrong with the activation servers, & the message you're getting generally means you're trying to activate a hacked iPhone, & Apple's servers have detected such & are preventing the phone from being activated.

     

    You say you are the "first user", correct? Well, exactly where did you purchase this phone, & from whom?
