    You Don't.

Apple has not provided a PC client, nor have they released the information allowing a third party to develop a client on the Windows Platform.  For now, it is only avaiable on Apple platforms.

Someone should hack it and release a client.

Someone has hacked it as of now there is a client which claims to enable windows users to utilize iMessage on Windows OS PCs.

You can feel free to give your Apple ID and password to some "hacker" so you can use iMessage on a PC, but I think I'll not give mine to anyone I don't explicitly trust to not abuse them...

Good Solution to non-Mac users -

    Google Voice

    https://www.google.com/voice/

You can set up another line that directs to your mobile. IT'S FREE . I have an iPhone/Macbook now, but when I had a Droid I would use Google Voice to connect with people while I was in the office. It works seamlessly as a phone app too.

    It's legit.

1.) You can give chicks/bros that second number, in case they're a creeper you can easily block them.

2.) You can text at work.

3.) You can use it as a business line... in case telling people #1 was why you really got it.

    Hope that works.

How do you get/send iMessages at your PC using Google Voice?  I have iMessages set up so that they come to both my iPhone & iPad, and would love to be able to get them on my office PC.  It's Windows - no option to go Mac here :-(

I believe he was suggesting that rather than using iMessage, that you use SMS and have them SMS to your Google Voice number, not your cell number.  I believe that there are a couple of iOS apps which support the GV texting, so you could even use that from your iPhone/iPad.

@Martinnaj... "some guy on youtube showed me how it good"... UHHHH YEAH.... UM NO!!! Everyone needs to know to avoid these "some guy how to" videos. I tried an iPhone "unlock" method the other day... beware... the part of the video / instructions where it says to dial "211"... UHHHH YEAH... it actually calls 911!  I accidentally called 911 like 20 times. Could have ended up in jail!  Be careful!

Problem with Google Voice is that it generally does not support MMS (it does with Sprint but and only by forwarding MMS messages to your email) - and then you also have to keep track of who has your Google voice number and who has your real cell phone number. To avoid confusion, you could use just your Google voice number for everything - even phone calls, but I have found that call quality through google voice is not as good as directly through your carrier. Would be nice if Apple would just make its own PC app for iMessage for the many of us who are stuck with Windows at work! They already embrace iTunes for PC, why not iMessage and make everyone happy?
