My console Icon shows warning AY 7:35 should I worry what is this

Yes, that is the normal look of the icon. Nothing to worry about.

Console is filled with messages from all parts of the system reporting in. Don't even bother to look a it, as it will only make your head spin. If some problem occurs and one of us or Apple asks you for a specific report from Console it may be useful to diagnose the problem. Other than that, you can forget the utility exists.

Did you purchase this Mac new? It should ask for your admin password and allow you to delete the app.
