Q: Can I leave a voicemail if I am blocked?

My ex has a iPhone 5 and I have a 4. Both of us have ios7.2 I believed she blocked me but it sends me to her voicemail, can I still leave a message and she'll receive it?

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.2

If she blocked you using iOS 7.0, then there won't be any voicemails for her to receive.

I've read somewhere that it says you'll just hear a busy tone if you're blocked which I don't hear it rings a few times and goes to voicemail and let's me record a message.

All I can tell you is how things work if she blocked you using iOS 7.0.

It doesn't give you a busy tone it just goes to voicemail. If she blocked you then she doesn't want to talk to you. Just let it go.
